Not only is a workshop about personal development, it is also a great opportunity to come together in a safe space to share with other sober and sober curious women. Wanda has extensive experience in facilitating workshops, group courses and individual mentoring exploring how spoken word poetry, hip-hop and creative writing can enhance mental health and wellbeing. She has worked across community projects, mental health services and forensic psychiatric hospitals. In 2018 she was the Spoken Word Judge for leading prison arts awards scheme, the Koestler Trust and recently featured on Fearne Cotton’s ‘Happy Place’ podcast which reached Number 15 in the iTunes UK Top Episodes Podcast Charts. As an artist herself she is published in the ICA and performances include VFringe Festival and the Southbank Centre. She works independently as founder and facilitator of Sound Out UK.
